We work on every brand of PC on the market, including Dell, HP, Compaq, Acer, etc. including both desktops and notebooks. Whether you need a piece of hardware replaced or just have Windows problems or viruses or spyware, we can fix your machine. One of the things that is so valuable about our repair facility is that we will truly evaluate and give you an honest, trustworthy answer as to whether or not your computer is worth fixing. We have over 20 years of combined experience in PC repair.

One of our specialties in repair are notebooks. We have the proper tools to replace LCD screens, replace broken power connectors, etc. If you have a notebook with a broken power connector and have been told that it can't be fixed, give us a call, we may be able to repair it.

We also provide on site repairs when possible. If you're a small business owner in the Southern NH or Southern Maine area, we do on site calls and pick up and delivery. Also, if you're uncomfortable unplugging your system to bring it in for repair or physically can't do that, give us a call, we would be glad to pick up your system and bring it back after it is repaired for a minimal fee.

On Site Call Rates
In the following locations, our on site call fee is $25.00: Farmington, Rochester, Milton, New Durham, Middleton, Alton, and Alton Bay.

We are glad to go on site to other areas, our rate beyond the above areas is currently $1.00 per mile, there and back.

Labor Rate Our current labor rate for repairs, in shop and on site, is $40.00 per hour

Reloads
If your computer needs to have a fresh load of Windows installed, we charge a flat fee of $120.00. This includes formatting the hard drive, installing the initial load of Windows, downloading and installing all hardware drivers, downloading and installing all Windows critical and security updates, service packs, and optional updates.

If you have files on a computer that needs to be reloaded, we will save those files whenever possible. These would include documents, pictures, music files, emails, address books, favorites, etc. There is an additional $40.00 charge for this valuable service, bringing the total for a complete reload, including saving files and putting them back on your computer, to $160.00

Virus and Spyware Removal If it is possible to remove viruses or spyware that is in your machine without reloading the system, we will do that. Our normal labor rate would apply in those circumstances and you will only be charged for the amount of time it takes to get your computer infection free.

Notebook Connectors If the connector on your notebook needs to be replaced and re-soldered, we charge a flat fee of $120.00 for that repair, plus the cost of the connector, which is normally around $25.00 or less. The reason for the labor charge is that in almost all cases of a broken notebook connector, the notebook will have to completely taken apart and re-assembled in order to replace the connector.

Notebook Screen Replacement Our normal labor charge to replace a broken notebook screen is $40.00. We can order a new screen for you if you need one, they generally cost $295.00. Or, if you prefer, you can buy your own screen and bring that in and we will use that screen as a replacement, it's up to you.

Upgrades We do many types of upgrades, most commonly either adding in a bigger hard drive, or replacing the existing hard drive with a larger one, or adding more memory or RAM. RAM upgrades are generally a $10.00 labor charge plus the cost of the RAM, hard drive upgrades can vary depending on your needs.

Bench Fee Our bench fee is $25.00. If you're not sure whether or not your computer is worth repairing, we will give you a fair and honest assessment and give you all your options for a flat fee of $25.00. Normally, if you decide to have us repair your computer or if you decide to buy a new computer from us, we waive the $25.00 fee.
